We are so proud of our Romaniac, Celia, whose debut novel SWEET PROPOSAL is published today. As you can imagine, we are having something of a party and wanted to leave a few congratulatory messages for our first graduate.
Sue: Absolutely thrilled for you Celia. This is so exciting and I can’t wait to read Sweet Proposal. MASSIVE congratulations! xxxx
Laura: You only went and did it, Ce! The Family James are so happy for you. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy. I’m waiting for Sweet Proposal to appear on my Kindle. Like Sue, I’m looking forward to reading it. Mega congratulations, you little star. xxx
Jan: Ce, my grin couldn’t be any wider for you. I’m bursting to read Sweet Proposal and wish you all the success with it you deserve. Our trusty old honk-o-meter here at HQ is revving itself up ready to blast out those good wishes along with the rest of us. Congratulations, lovely lady! xxx
Vanessa: I’m jumping up and down with excitement! This is so well-deserved, Ce – you are a hugely talented writer and I just know this is going to be the first success of many. I can’t wait to read Sweet Proposal and have been avidly following your journey to publication since winning your contract with Piatkus Entice back in November. CONGRATULATIONS!!! xxxx
Books, chocolate and a Jacuzzi: could there be a better combination? Gorgeous Geordie Leo arrives in Clayton-on-the-Bream with a mission to make his mark. When he reveals his ideas for a bespoke bookshop and chocolate-themed cafe, struggling writer Mab can’t resist his plea for help.
However, Leo’s timing is disastrous. Engaged to flighty, super-thin Sophie and knowing that Mab is up to her neck in a mysterious scheme of her own, Leo fights hard to ignore the warm, sensual friendship that is growing between them. When their eclectic mix of family and friends weigh in to help, the dream seems almost possible, but can Leo ignore Mab’s shady past? As they battle with sabotage, jealousy, vindictive neighbours and unpredictable relationships, Mab and Leo find that even chocolate can’t always make miracles happen . . .
