Demotivated Monday

It’s nearing the end of February. We’ve been swamped with work. And some weeks the only thing you can manage is reading a good book and eating an exorbitant amount of cake. So today is dedicated to all the things that help us find our mojo again:

We do seem to have a universal theme of using food and cake to get our mojo back. We do occasionally stretch to fresh air as well. What do you do to find your motivation?

  1. Coffee, wine, whisky and a walk in the park, or country, thank you Romaniacs – but not all at the same time.

  2. Having a walk on the beach (though I have to drive somewhere to do that now) or meeting up with a friend does it for me. If I can combine the two, all the better!
